1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive the products, inspect them and confirm that they have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the tracking information so that we can process the refund.
Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. WHY ARE BEAUTY AND HEALTH PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RETURN POLICY?
Beauty and health products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow returns of beauty and health products to ensure the safety of our customers. We are not alone in this. Other beauty and health product suppliers do not allow returns of items for the same reasons.
4. DO I HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
14-DAY GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY
Our 14-day guarantee applies to all MAO-WOW products. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to test our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items to the original method of payment and receive a refund.ย All returns areย subject to a 20% restocking fee (per item).
-All returns must be in new condition with no visible signs of use and returned with all parts and accessories originally supplied. Missing parts will delay the refund process.
-All returns are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is in poor condition, or if any parts or accessories originally supplied are damaged or in poor condition, this may reduce the refund amount. If an item is missing, the cost of that item will be deducted from your refund amount.
-You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
You must contact us before submitting your return. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that all products must be returned to our suppliers in the Philippines or China.
6. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

7. MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For the fastest solution, attach a photo showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item. Photos taken on a flat surface where the label and defect can be clearly seen are best. We will use this information to help you with your order and to avoid mistakes in the future.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Step 2: Ship the order
Send the shipments together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a track and trace code. You are responsible as the sender and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 working days (estimated processing time).
